Sunday mornings from 8am-1pm there is a church service in an adjacent suite. - BATHROOMS- 1 private bathroom will be provided - THE SPACE DOES HAVE AC & HEATING per request (WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS UNLESS BOOKINGS ARE CANCELLED WITHIN 48HRS OF BEING BOOKED BUT THAT ONLY APPLIES TO BOOKINGS THAT ARE AT LEAST 3 WEEKS OUT OF FROM THE DAY YOU ARE REQUESTING TO CANCEL) WE DO ALLOW FOR RESCHEDULING AS LONG AS A FEE IS PAID! RESCHEDULING FEE $100.00 LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING FEE: $150.00 Any last minute booking fees and changing time/day off will pay an additional fee. Due to change of host schedule and possible bookings that could have been at your time and day. We Also Require That There’s At Least A Week In Advanced To Reschedule Or you’d have to pay the last minute fee. OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. THE SPACE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE let the host know before hand so they can help!) NO SMOKING ALLOWED SPACE RULES: No shoes allowed every guest must wear booties or no shoes. New shoes allowed for talent only. Absolutely no shoes in the photo backdrop area unless the shoes are new. No standing or sitting on tables. No laying on the rug or cloud backdrop with skin oils, glitters, makeup, etc. No leaning against the LV wall Do not pick at nor move the plush on the cloud backdrop No pulling or tugging on the flower backdrop No removing rhinestones on the pink drop Do not touch or change the color lighting on the cloud background; only one setting is available; they are all synced together. Any damages to any backdrops will be your responsibility, and you will have to pay for repairs. TIME: When your booking time is compete, please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. EXTRA FEE CHARGES: Altering Sets Fee: $150.00 Includes: -Rearranging Sets -Ruined Sets -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment Last minute rescheduling fee: $150.00 Pet Fee: $100.00 NO SMOKING ( FEE FOR SMOKING DESPITE THE RULES IS $200.00 ) NO ALCOHOL ( THE FEE FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials. It is a 2000 sq ft. creative space where you can utilize the many sets we built. INCLUDED IN YOUR PEERSPACE: AMENITIES: 2000 sq ft. of space 1 fan 1 Bathroom 1 kitchenette Multiple Props SOUND DETAILS: Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud. PS. One of the workers will be there to explain the space. (Sometimes we are in there and sometimes we are not but we are close by if you need any help) We be sure to explain everything fully in the beginning of booking. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are in the space (but will give you your privacy) and sometimes not but close.
