Nova Studio is a refined, light-filled creative studio designed for seamless photo and video production. Thoughtfully laid out with intentional structure, the space allows for effortless movement, multiple setups, and uninterrupted creative flow. The studio features oversized north- and west-facing windows with adjustable shades and semi-sheer curtains, giving you full control over natural light intensity and diffusion throughout the day. Motorized backdrops, curated statement furnishings, and continuous lighting are included, ensuring everything you need is already in place. Located on the second floor for added privacy, Nova Studio offers a calm, elevated environment ideal for branding sessions, editorial shoots, content creation, headshots, and small productions. Free parking is available directly outside the studio and in the adjacent parking deck, just steps away. Every detail has been considered so you can arrive, create, and depart with ease.
