The high ceilings and open layout provide the versatility required for setting up equipment, props, and lighting. We also offer a 76” Smart TV for reviewing dailies or showcasing footage during your production. Additionally, a Bluetooth surround sound system is available for playing music to enhance the ambiance of your shoot. In addition, the space is fully ADA-compliant and comes with a full kitchen, perfect for storing snacks or preparing meals for the crew. Our venue is also located at street level, providing easy access for loading equipment and setting up your production efficiently. Conveniently located at the intersection of Milwaukee Ave. & Montrose Ave., our venue is fully handicap accessible and located at street level, allowing for easy access. We also provide two modern, unisex restrooms for guest convenience.
