Upon entering the hedge wall leads you to the main living area, containing a large white leather sectional couch w/ electric three recliners, a cozy gas fireplace, vintage upright piano, space for a DJ booth, and a round glass dining table atop a chrome plated sequoia tree base. A quaint galley kitchen and laundry room lays immediately adjacent to the great room, with stainless appliances. Down the hall guest rooms two and three contain an owners artist craft and sewing studio, and by-appointment costume rental boutique, “Little Lucy” for endless expression opportunities. (Available separately, please inquire for activation information or a la carte rental opportunities.) The master abode lays at the end of the hall with an on-suite bathroom and soaking tub. An additional guest bathroom is located in the main hallway. Through the back door, the boho style veranda boasts additional dining room for 4-6 guests, and a living area with sectional sofa and view of the outdoor vibes. Through the second screen you will discover multiple kush outdoor lounging areas, including a loveseat, sofa, and round daybed, laid within lush plant life. The yard itself is encompassed with bright multicolor fence panels and sandwiched between two large captivating murals, created and painted by local Austin, TX muralists @Jiminai and @Leturnoart. The colorful perimeter is further brightened by flower beds of white marble stones, illuminated by customizable LED lighting from edge to edge. Rounding out the yard offerings is a 9’ cowboy pool and heater, with a 10’ geodome for intimate gatherings or chill sessions.
