Before any event, all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and kitchen areas, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure they are hygienic and ready for use. Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed to remove dust and dirt, with particular attention given to high-traffic areas like entrances, hallways, and restrooms. Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Fixtures like sinks, toilets, and mirrors are disinfected. Any residual waste from previous events or activities is removed, and trash bins are emptied to ensure a clean and fresh environment.
