You can utilize it for family photo shoots, apparel photoshoots, and podcast recordings (Music Artist "Russ" was featured on a podcast with a Canadian influencer using our enclosed deck). There are several spaces to utilize here, including multiple contemporary-style decks overlooking lush greenery filled with tall trees. There is a modern office space and a large creative room that are also great for teasers and infomercials. The outdoor area features beautiful patio spaces, including rock gardens, a fire pit with ample seating, an outdoor kitchen grill, and an outdoor gym space. Electric outlets are also available in the main outdoor scenes. We speak Spanish and Portuguese.
