THE LOFT (900 sq ft - First Floor) Daylight-flooded from large windows and skylights, with a 13ft raw plaster feature wall and warm mid-century furnishings. Ideal for daytime workshops, wellness classes, brand content shoots, supper clubs, and intimate gatherings. THE BASEMENT (900 sq ft - Ground Floor) Raw industrial atmosphere with full blackout capability and natural sound insulation (below ground). Perfect for film screenings, supper clubs, immersive exhibitions, live music, and evening events. Book both floors together for full-venue takeovers, multi-room experiences, or larger events up to 50 guests.
