This industrial chic space has had many different purposes in the past, such as a tobacco processing warehouse in the 1900s, an innovation academy, and even a nightclub once upon a time. The downstairs has now been transformed into an outdoor-inspired space with recreational games and activities, and classroom-style rentable rooms that serve as an ideal spot for a business retreat, CPR class, team building seminar, or even a birthday party. The rental of either classroom includes access to the Marketplace, complete with a large drink refrigerator, coffee maker, picnic tables, and counter space. This listing is for the rental of one classroom of your choice. Classroom A comes set up with 8 group desks and 24 accompanying chairs. Classroom B comes set up with 7 large desks and 19 accompanying chairs. You are welcome to rent both classrooms at once, but we will not let a separate party rent one of the classrooms at the same time as your booking. You are welcome to use and set up the desks and chairs from either classroom in any configuration you choose, to accommodate more or fewer guests, as long as you return them to their original state. We have 2 rectangular cocktail height tables available. We have more conference chairs available if needed. We have 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 swinging chairs, and 6 white rocking chairs. We have several games on the green recreational space. We have cornhole, trashketball, a toss game similar to darts, Giant Jenga, and a Jumbo Four-In-A-Row Game. The square footage reflected is only for one classroom. You will have access to the classroom of your choice, the Marketplace, and the entire recreational area. Additional set-up and take-down hours may be added to your booking once it has been completed, at an additional $25/hr. All trash must be discarded and taken to toters, and ALL furniture and games must be reset to original setup. Failure to adhere to any listed rules may result in a $50 charge for incidentals without warning. Guest is responsible for ALL set-up and take-down. If you have alcohol we will require you to sign an alcohol liability form. Please note we do not offer private tours.

We have a cleaning professional that comes once a week to clean the space. Bathrooms, floors, and all rentable areas are tended to. Please note that as this is a longstanding industrial building, and because of that there are places where concrete and brick may settle. Cleaning is included in the price we charge.
