Modern, open space, tons of natural light. Countless films, commercials, and photo shoots are shot here year-round. There are two full kitchens so one can be used for crafty (or be used as two different film locations since they are different cabinets and styles) The areas are so spacious for camera and equipment set up. 1-acre property, full privacy fence with a swimming pool and pickleball/basketball court, and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Big outside deck. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Very clean space. I personally do all my cleaning and home is ready and staged prior to film date. I have had bigger productions that have paid for professional cleaning before or after filming but for the most part as the homeowner I manage it myself.
