This beautifully remodeled house is located within a fully gated and secure Montecito property and is within walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, Butterfly Beach, and Coast Village Road. This house has four bedrooms and two baths and is very kid-friendly. The house features a brand-new kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry, Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau appliances, air conditioning and heat throughout, and a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The accordion doors in the living room bring you out to your private yard and patio which have an outdoor TV, fireplace, lounge chairs, dining table, and twinkly lights and you can enjoy a fun game of bocce on the bocce court. Satellite TV and Sonos speakers are provided in most rooms. The palm house is close to the 101 freeway so you hear noise.
