Medieval/Dark Academia Themed Livingroom

Located in a quiet area in the hills of San Bernardino (perfect for recording), this space would be great for a movie scene or part of a music video shoot. Includes baby grand piano, 7' tall knight, 18th & 19th century furniture accompanied by paintings to match. Two 9ft tall windows and two 9ft tall doors that open to the backyard all with 9 foot tall drapery are the only true lighting this room has. This space very much has a 'dark macabre' vibe and there is no other space available like it. If this is the type of vibe you're going for you won't find it anywhere else. WEAPONS: We have various swords and axes that can also be used AS SCENE PROPS ONLY. There will be no (and we would hope this would be obvious) wielding of the weapons. INSTRUMENTS: All instruments can be used for video/movie shoots. No drinks are to be anywhere near the piano. The piano can be mic'd up for an additional charge. FURNITURE: 18th - 19th authentic gothic furniture. If any of the furniture needs to be moved a request needs to be made ahead of time. The knight can be requested to be moved upon your arrival in order for your vision to come to life. Or it can be completely removed if needed. ELECTRONICS/COMPUTER: Computer, lighting, teleprompter, and computer desk can be used or removed upon request. If you would like the computer and desk removed please let us know ahead of time. FIREPLACE: Fireplace can be lit upon request. RESTROOMS: There is a common restroom that can be used for clothing changes and bathroom amenities. LIGHTING: Two 9ft tall windows and Two 8ft tall doors with drapes are the only lighting this room has so if you need lighting please prepare to bring your own. We do have a limited amount of lighting available on-site you can use as a courtesy. However, you should be prepared to light your set with lights that you bring.
