History of the space: The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs in northeastern Oregon was established in 1864 as a health resort, renowned for its natural hot springs believed to have healing properties. In the early 1900s, it underwent significant renovations, transforming it into a grand destination for wellness and relaxation. Today, the lodge blends historic charm with modern amenities, continuing to attract visitors to its scenic hot springs. Location Details: The area around Hot Lake Springs Resort is characterized by its picturesque natural setting, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Mountains. The setting features scenic views of mountains, farmland in the valley, and is setting on the edge of a steaming lake. The space itself has views through French Doors of a Courtyard. Nearby, the small community of La Grande located 8 miles away offers local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, contributing to a charming, rural atmosphere. Layout out of the space? Large rectangular room, about 1800 square feet. Two sets of French Doors, one is interior and one leads to the exterior. Large garage door that can be opened to bring in equipment. You will have access to the entire space, except the stairway to the 2nd floor, an adjoining storage room, and the beer cooler. There are 40 rectangular tables and 40 folding metal chairs. Tableclothes not included. Rental Space is for up to 75 guests maximum. Renter may not use any other spaces on the property for their event other than the rented space. Rental Space does not include access to the soaking pool area, commercial kitchen, lawns, or any other space of the property which are designed to be used by all visitors to the property.
