---PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING We love Peerspace and they provide a great service, but their web design and price structure are a bit confusing, so please read below carefully to be sure all is clear---------- Welcome to our home! It is a newly renovated house with white walls and faux hardwood floors, which makes it a blank canvas for all your Major Film Studio Production & photography needs where a suburban Northern California middle class single family residence is desired. The property has a striking entryway that showcases a curved stairway to the upper floor. There is ample parking outside for moving vans, work trucks as well as enough space to park a vehicle as large as an RV on the side of the property. This is a multi-level house with rooms ideal for shooting, filming, streaming, and recording feature length films & multi-episode TV shows. It is fully active house, busy every day of the week, with regular production hours from 9am until 6pm. SPACE When renting our house on Peerspace, it will give you access to a massive 2000 square feet (out of a total of 2235) including all the living spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms. The only place off limits is the garage. Filmmakers can utilize the space and create different backgrounds for movie/film production, music videos, interviews for documentaries, and livestreams. Photographers can also utilize the various spaces for portraits, fashion photography, and products. EQUIPMENT No equipment is included in the price. Production must provide their own internet/ Wifi, restoom, dumpter & power supply. CREW No crew is included in the price. DAMAGES We understand that there will be accidents & damages to our home. All production companies must agree to clause that any damages will be repaired and will be put back in original working order as soon as possible. EXTENDED TIME PERIODS For filming duration of 2 days and longer, housing of equivalent comfort level shall be provided to owner for the equal period of time until conclusion of shooting. INSURANCE Certificate of insurance as well as Worker's Comp required. PRICING 2-hour minimum Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm = $400 /hr Weekdays after 6 pm = $600 /hr Saturday & Sunday 9 am to 6 pm = $480 /hr Weekends after 6 pm = $720 /hr 10% discount for 8+ hours + $2,500 setup/cleaning, prep & strike fee + 20% Peerspace fee Don't hesitate to contact us to get your clear flat rate price.
