Welcome to your Relaxing + Serene Backyard – your go-to destination for a fabulous photo shoot or film/video shoot. Whether you're planning a commercial shoot or short film shoot, photoshoot, etc... this yard is relaxing and serene! Could also work for a yoga session or workshop. Beautiful landscaping, a usable fountain, and plenty of space to relax. There is grill - not usually on - but with a propane tank it will turn on if needed. Access to our air-conditioned/heated flex space, serving as a dressing room with hair/makeup/styling area, wardrobe rack, etc beats the valley heat. Unfortunately, using the restroom is not included in the price as it is inside the house. There is are fast food/coffee shops walkable to use a restroom as well. It's possible to arrange a Porta Potty rental at an additional cost. With ideal natural daylight, this space is sure to impress you!
