Welcome! We are a shared studio and event space with 2000ft² of indoor space and 2000ft² of rooftop. Fun fact: our space was previously occupied by Andy Warhol's screen printer! We are available for filming and photography rentals. The space features white walls, exposed brick, and great natural light. What's included: - All furniture, desks, tables, and chairs (moveable) - Office equipment and computers - Plants and existing decor - Multiple power outlets - Open floor plan with high ceilings - Natural light from South, West and North facing windows For more information on our audiovisual inventory: https://bit.ly/43NXvqj Good for: - Film scenes - Interviews and talking head videos - Product photography - Corporate or commercial shoots - Social media content The space has a clean, professional look that works well on camera. You'll need to bring your own filming equipment - cameras, lights, tripods, etc. Everything else in the space can be used or moved as needed for your shoot.
