Our picturesque Cape Beach House will make you feel at home right away, from the moment you pull into the tree-lined driveway. When you step inside you will be greeted by a light, airy and modern lounge and a kitchen with huge sit-around island which opens onto the deck with outdoor dining and BBQ. When you step out onto the back deck you will be greeted by the large tree-lined fully fenced-in back yard and lawn along with the 34ft Heated Saltwater Pool. On 1/3 acre, the house has a private 'Oasis-like' treelined and fully fences back yard, with 34 foot heated saltwater pool (open May-September). Generously sized deck with table that seats 8 and BBQ backs off of the house. The interior has a stylish, modern and minimalist Hamptons beach house feel. There is a large kitchen island which seats 8 people which opens onto the back deck. The lounge is modern, bright and airy, with a primary King suite up stairs and a TV / Games den in the basement. We’re only 1.5 hours from the City and a 5 minute drive to Ponquogue Beach plus other ocean beaches along Dune Road, and a 2 minute drive to bay beaches. Being a stone’s throw to the vineyards around Southampton, Bridgehampton and the Northfork + apple picking and pumpkin farms makes it a perfect year round vacation rental! The house has two King Bedrooms (each with a King size bed), and two Twin bedrooms (each with 2 x single beds). The upstairs King bedroom suite has an en-suite bathroom with shower with one twin bedroom (2 single beds) right off the master bedroom - making it a perfect space for a family. There is also a separate Work-From-Home office room with Wifi printer on the same floor. On the main floor is another King bedroom and a separate twin bedroom (2 twin beds), both next to a master bathroom with shower & bathtub. The light, modern and airy lounge and large eat-in kitchen are also on the main floor. Go down to the fully finished basement with 55" TV, Foosball Table + laundry room (washer & dryer). The house is well set up for either one or two families with kids, or a family with kids and/ or extended family members/ friends. Alternatively two or three couples or group of friends can easily be accommodated. WORKING REMOTELY - there is a home office room with a comfortable writers desk and chair on the 2nd floor. The office door shuts allowing for a quiet place to take calls. We also have strong internet that will support video conferencing. Come work for a few days or stay a week taking advantage of your new remote office by the beach! COOKING ENTHUSIASTS - we've stocked the kitchen with cooking equipment that you'll enjoy using. We also have a BBQ in the backyard that can be used for outdoor grilling.
