Our mission at The Black Owl Studio is to be a space where dreams take flight, a true content factory. Located in Portland’s Back Cove area, The Black Owl Studio is a state-of-the-art video and audio production facility. Our downstairs production studio features a 24-foot Cyc Wall, ideal for music videos, headshots, branded content, and more. Upstairs in the loft, known as The Nest, we focus on producing exceptional audio recordings and modern tracks to empower artists in the ever-evolving music industry. Designed with audio excellence in mind, The Nest features a unique seven-layer floor, engineered to deliver unparalleled low-end sound. Flexible, sound-deadening walls can be adjusted to form a custom vocal booth, perfectly adaptable to any band size or instrument. We’re more than just a studio—we’re a thriving creative community, combining resources, skill, and an intense passion for creation.
