Located inside of a mill from the 1930's, its historic charm lends a unique backdrop for your next artistic project. Studio 270 was created for photographers, videographers, workshops, visual artists, content creations, creative meetings, art shows, and to be your playground and inspire your next big idea. Amenities include 20f high natural light industrial windows, custom art installations and murals, vaulted ceilings, a baby grand piano, a custom low-profile attic bed, a black bathtub set, a real swing suspended from the ceiling, a couch set, various seamless and sweeps, faux natural light wall, constant studio light, several light modifiers, wifi, prop room, kitchen with coffee + snacks, optional client wardrobe access (fee), two private office spaces available upon request.
