Cleaning Checklist for Studio/Coworking Space General Space Tables & Surfaces: Wipe down all tables, desks, and other surfaces with disinfectant wipes. Ensure no stains, sticky spots, or residue are left behind. Chairs: Return all chairs to their original locations. Wipe down if visibly dirty or sticky. Floor: Sweep or vacuum to remove any dirt, crumbs, or debris. Mop any spills or sticky spots if needed. Kitchenette or Refreshment Area (if applicable) Countertops: Wipe down all surfaces. Ensure there are no food crumbs or spills. Sink: Rinse out and wipe down the sink. Remove any leftover dishes, and wash and put them away if provided. Trash: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Take out trash if it’s full and replace the liner with a new bag. Restroom (if accessible) Sink & Counter: Wipe down the sink and countertop to remove any water spots or mess. Toilet: Ensure the toilet is flushed and clean. Trash: Empty if full, and replace the liner. Shared Equipment (Printer, Projector, etc.) Devices: Turn off any devices (printer, projector, etc.) used. Wipe down any surfaces touched frequently (like printer buttons). Cords and Accessories: Return any accessories (HDMI cables, adapters) to their designated spot. Personal Belongings Check for Items: Remove all personal items from the space (chargers, notebooks, etc.) Lost & Found: If you find any items left by previous users, leave them in the designated lost & found area. Final Check Lights & Appliances: Turn off all lights and unplug any small appliances used. Doors: Ensure all doors are locked if you’re the last to leave the space. Thank You!
