The studio is custom built , approximately 850 square feet, windows letting in natural light, beautiful wide plank , laminate flooring, dimmable led lighting, separate waiting room area with benches including built in cubbies for shoes, coat hooks, sign in table, sliding barn door dividing waiting room and main studio space, dual ballet barres, 1 mirrored wall, TRX suspension training beam mounted in the ceiling with 6 TRX straps, storage closet, wheelchair accessible bathroom, custom made rolling privacy walls to subdivide space, IMX Pilates reformer, weights, power bands, HVAC, Wi-fi.
The space is currently used as a boutique fitness studio and can be used for dance, PT, any movement work, wellness including massage, meditation, Reiki , lectures, art program, kids after school program etc etc

The space is deep cleaned weekly as well as regular daily cleaning. The studio is meticulous, kept as tidy as my home. The mats, bars, TRX, weights, powerbands are all wiped down after every use. Surfaces including sign in table, waiting area benches, barres, weight cabinets, reformer, bathroom etc all wiped down daily. HEPA filter keeps air clean. Bathroom available to wash hands or get hot water to mop floors. The door cab be propped open for fresh air
