At each turn within the single-story home, you'll find a new, gorgeous angle offering character, historic charm and touches of art and modern decor. In addition to the main house, is a detached carriage house, decorated and used as an extra hangout space. The carriage house is also ideal for storing furniture, set materials, etc. while working in the main house. The location of this adored space is prime, being located within a couple blocks of a beautiful city rose garden, lake, and quaint shopping district. Furniture is moveable and space can be beautifully adjusted to fit your project's needs. Ideal location for photo and film projects, and can be rented for multiple days if needed.
