Chic Urban Loft with City View

Introducing North, a space to slow down. This is an intentional lounge and office loft designed for elevated comfort—perfect for professional gatherings and private events. Approximately 1200 square feet, with original hardwood floors, brick walls, ceiling beams, and exposed ductwork. During the day, the space is flooded with natural light from windows on all sides. This is an open loft where the rooms flow into each other. There are natural spaces for both lounging and meeting. Ammenities and Logistics: There are two tables that can be used separately or pushed together. Separately each table sits 6-8 people. Together, you can fit 14 people. We also have 2 bar tables that seat 4 people total. The combined lounge areas seat approx 10 people. Plates, silverware, mugs, and glassware provided. High-speed internet included. The Neighborhood: We are located in the Highlandtown Arts District. Highlandtown in Southeast Baltimore has been a neighborhood of immigrants since 1866 and remains that way today. The community is a place where people from all professions and socio-economic backgrounds, both longtime residents and newcomers, all mingle together in harmony.
