Event Venue with Multiple Rooms with Different Aesthetics

The venue rental is between the hours of 10 AM and Midnight, with five consecutive hours of event time. The event must end by 11pm and all guests and vendors must be off site by midnight or one hour after end of event, whichever comes first. Additional event hours can be purchased for $600/hour. An event manager will be on site for the duration of your rental. This person will oversee the property and be available to answer questions from couples, guests, and vendors. Please note: There is a $1000 holiday fee in addition to the venue rental price if your event day falls on a holiday. A complete list of holidays is available upon request. This historic 10,000 sq. ft. venue is a former ice storage and distribution and cash/gold storage near the intersection of Missouri Pacific and Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe rail lines, just one block from Main Street in charming historic downtown Conroe. TLC has multiple rooms for rent that each have their own unique style & ambiance. The Landing: The interior decor features a flexible open floor plan, exposed brick walls with plaster insets, exposed white-washed arched wooden ceiling with black iron supports, matching black iron window frames and accents, and polished concrete floors. The Reserve: This room speaks for itself. While intimate & moody, it makes you want to have all the dark romantic clients to shoot in here. It's a elongated room to provide those perfect full portrait shots! The Vault: Your very own Speakeasy in the heart of Downtown Conroe! With a hidden entrance to enter, you get the full feel of the prohibition times with this timeless space. It's absolutely stunning from top to bottom. (this room also connects back into The Landing) The Patio: We have a wonderful outdoor patio, black iron contrasting with the white painted building is a great contrast for many shots. Sunset Balcony: Our upper outdoor balcony is the perfect spot to catch Conroe's sunsets while taking in the beautiful views of Town Square
