This space lends itself for filming, workshops, yoga, film screening, production office, brainstorm session, table read, VR room, small dinner and anything in between - let your imagination be your guide! All of the furniture is moveable and flexible. You can fit up 25 individuals depending on the layout you choose. There's plenty of easy and free no-limit street parking down 3rd and 2nd with the Grove within walking distance for food or parking. There's a sound bar, dry erase board and projector located inside the space, if needed.
