The Pre-built Townhouse Set (Studio C) is a luxurious stage for photo and video production, offering the look of location with the controls of a studio environment. The set features custom wood flooring, wainscoting and two working French Doors. Walls can be painted or otherwise customized to meet your production needs. Our facility is based in Long Island City NY – just a few minutes from midtown Manhattan – and is optimal for small and large-scale productions. We offer an extensive in-house prop and furniture collection, freight elevator, and loading dock. There are conference and lounge areas, and our fully equipped, common studio kitchen. Catering and EQ rentals can be coordinated by our team at an additional cost. Please reach out with any questions!
