Space rental includes kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, & plugin tea kettle. Upon request we can provide basic backdrop stand, black, white & green screens, lighting, extension cords. Folding Table & Chairs, Stools, Ladder available as well as some props like plants, Boombox, Peeps Stuffy, 80s/90s themed items or clothes available for rental. I vaccum and mop floors with Pine Sol & Vinegar solution to keep floors clean & Disinfected. All Surfaces are cleaned and dusted regularly with disinfectant wipes for surfaces and throw away dusting wipes for walls. Bathrooms are cleaned on a regular bases sinks, surfaces and toilet using clorox bleach.
