PLEASE NOTE: We leave our calendar open for booking requests, but there is no guarantee that your requested date is actually available. Please send us an inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Your booking time MUST include set-up and clean-up. For example, if you want to have a 2-hour gathering, but need an hour to set-up and an hour to clean-up, then you need to book 4 hours. Thanks! The Community Farmhouse is located in the heart of a hundred-acre holler near Berea, Ky. While it's main function is to serve as a kitchen and gathering space for our lodging guests, we can also rent it out for holiday gatherings, meetings, workshops, classes, and other events. This specific listing gives you access to the entire Farmhouse for a maximum of 12 hours and 40 people. If you just want class or meeting space, we have separate listing for just the upstairs and restrooms. If you're looking for an outdoor venue, our 4000 sq.ft. Pavilion is also available on a separate listing. For whole farm events that include lodging like weddings, retreats, reunions, etc., those are listed on different platforms than Peerspace. Here's what you get: ✴️ Sit down dining for up to 40 people (please note that the main dining area is up a flight of stairs, but we also have a 6-person table in the kitchen for accessible seating). ✴️ 3 full ovens and a smaller warming oven. ✴️ 5 burner gas cooktop. ✴️ XL refrigerator/freezer. ✴️ Microwave, toaster, and commercial coffee maker. ✴️ Dishes, cutlery, serving utensils. ✴️ Limited selection of pots & pans. ✴️ Additional outdoor kitchen with grill and more gas burners. ✴️ Dedicated circuits for multiple crock pots. ✴️ Accessible full bathroom plus additional half bath. ✴️ Two EV chargers. ✴️ If the weather is nice enough, the farm has a playground, yard games, and hiking trails. ✴️ Two staff members to assist with logistics such as parking and where to find everything you need. ✴️ Onsite lodging and bonfires available for additional charge. Things to remember: 🔻 We cannot accommodate pets or ESAs. 🔻 Cell service and wifi are limited to non-existent. 🔻 No alcohol. No smoking or vaping within 100 feet of the building. 🔻 Be advised, our farm is in the country off of a narrow one-lane road so drive cautiously and carpool. The first floor features a chef-inspired kitchen, full accessible bathroom, standard half bathroom, and coin-op laundry machines (1 washer and 2 dryers). The expansive kitchen has 3.5 ovens, a 5-burner gas range with hood, XL fridge/freezer, The upstairs is a large, open, multi-purpose room with a small library, board games, projector, screen, and A/V equipment. It has been used for meetings, dining, classes, and workshops.
