General Cleaning: Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors. Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including tables, counters, shelves, and decor. Disinfection: Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, chairs, and remote controls using EPA-approved disinfectants. Focus on frequently used spaces like restrooms, kitchens, and entryways. Stock Supplies: Refill hand sanitizers, soap dispensers, paper towels, and tissues. Ensure trash bins are empty and lined with fresh bags. Setup: Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment according to the event’s layout or client request. During the Event On-Site Monitoring: Assign a team member to check restrooms and common areas periodically. Empty trash bins as they fill up to avoid overflow. Wipe down high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, counters) every 1-2 hours. Spill Management: Quickly address spills or messes to prevent accidents and maintain cleanliness. After the Event Waste Removal: Collect and dispose of all trash, recyclables, and leftover items. Empty bins, replace liners, and ensure proper sorting for recyclables. Deep Cleaning: Vacuum and mop all floors. Thoroughly sanitize surfaces, chairs, and equipment used during the event. Restroom Cleaning: Scrub sinks, toilets, and mirrors. Restock soap, toilet paper, and other essentials. Final Inspection: Perform a walkthrough to ensure the space is reset for the next use. Note any damage or items requiring maintenance and report them immediately. Optional Services: Carpet Shampooing: For spaces with high foot traffic or post-event stains.
