Located in Mooresville at the Avalon Mooresville community, the Resident Lounge is a great area for parties and get-togethers. Equipped with a television, pool table, and shuffleboard table and can fit up to 25 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 19 - Shuffleboard Table - Pool Table - TV (guests need to bring their own HDMI cable) - Kitchenette equipped with mini refrigerator and sink - Wifi Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time.
