High ceilings littered with lights, a large projector screen, and surround sound SONOS speakers. A small kitchenette and single ADA-compliant bathroom are ample for the 1,100sf street-level space. Perfect for Arts-related events such as theater groups, performers of all types, book signings, art demos or presentations, or business meetings or retreats.
