Yoga Studio + Photo studio +Videography + Filming

THIS IS ONLY ONE ROOM BEING RENTED. SO YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ONLY ONE ROOM AS SHOWN ON THE PHOTOS. Photos show different iterations of the SAME room so you get an idea of what is possible. You can also use common facilities like bathroom and kitchen but it's not exclusive use since other people will have access to it at the same time as you. The space can be used for various purposes: pilates, yoga studio, event, photo studio, meetings, conferences, seminars, presentations, photography, video shooting, treatment room, clinic space, fitness studio, rehabilitation room, rehab, physio, chiro, massage space, etc. We also have a sauna on site that can be used with our prior approval. We are looking for renters who will be respectful of the space and not cause any damage or disturbances to the space. We take great care of the space and we expect the same from you. The space is noise/vibration sensitive so you have to be mindful of this (no intense jumping, shouting, loud music, lifting heavy weights, or similar). This room has the following equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, portable massage table, portable work desk, folding chair.
