Situated on a quiet private road called the Greylock this lovely Adirondack Mountains House is on the same property as the Brown House it's near the lake, dock and has a pickleball court as well, and 7 acres of trails has it own centerpiece of nature. The open floor-plan main area makes for great cooking, dining, and entertaining for a movie production. Two bedrooms with one with their own full bath and jacuzzi, along with another bedroom with a balcony, and a connecting den/office/bedroom with french doors or can be used as a library room or playroom. The house was built in 1985, and has a nature green on the house, and mustard color windows around the frame. The house comes with a garage, deck, and gazebo as well. It was known to host parties on the deck for famous musicians in the 1980's. It was known a girls campground summer house called Greylock in the 1980's. Then the land was purchased in 1985 and the house was hand built. A walkway upstairs was added, then a master bedroom in 2000, along with the living room area downstairs.
