Only 6km to the airport, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Toronto, this stylish home boasts of a gym, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a cozy bathroom and a putting green especially for the dads! High speed internet and a chance to stream your favourite movies on Netflix & Prime. Our central location allows you access to all major highways, entertainment, restaurants, beaches and the best Toronto has to offer! This is a non-shared, independent ground level space (not a basement!) with its own entrance at street level. Perfect for families with children or small groups, this unit comes equipped with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, gym, living room and laundry room with a washer/dryer. The owners of the house (us!) live upstairs. Amenities in the kitchen include an electric stove, full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, drip coffee machine, air fryer and a blender for all your cooking needs! Sit back and relax on a plush leather couch and enjoy your favourite movie or pick a show on a Samsung Smart OLED TV with immersive surround sound through the soundbar. The living room can accommodate 5 guests! Free, high-speed internet is available for use throughout the suite. For those gym enthusiasts, our gym is equipped with a Reebok™ treadmill, a full-body gym-machine, free weights, kettlebells, a yoga mat and a weight-loss shaker! Kindly note no children are allowed into the gym area without adult supervision. Allow yourself to sink into our dream Sealy posturepedic mattress and enjoy a good nights sleep on our UGG ™ pillows and extra warm comforter. Extra sheets, bedding and additional pillows are provided with your stay. The temperature of the house is maintained at a comfortable 22-23C and can be regulated by the use of a portable warmer provided to you within the bedroom. Our in-suite laundromat allows you to use the on-demand washer/dryer and is equipped with a rack for hang-drying your clothes if required. Tide pods and Downy clothes-freshener is available for your convenience. The washroom has a shower/soak-in tub with shower-gels, shampoo and conditioner for use. Bath-towels and hand towels are available to you and the vanity is equipped with a hairdryer. All windows in the well- lit living room and bedroom overlook the front-yard and have black-out blinds for your privacy. We provide a full Queen size bed and two twin beds with individual covers, sheets, duvets and pillows for all guest. A Toddler bed, a bassinet and two air mattresses are provided upon request. Great for small groups, photography, filming, meetings, live music in an intimate setting, bachelorette parties etc.
