Welcome to our stunning outdoor modern space, perfectly situated near the vibrant heart of downtown Fullerton! We invite you to celebrate with us for birthday parties, reunions, and other intimate gatherings. Our venue comfortably accommodates 30 to 40 guests, making it ideal for your next event. Enjoy the best of both worlds with our two main areas: a charming covered patio for shade and a private, fenced grass yard with a private entrance. It is required for you to get a porta potty if your event is over 4+ hours, the fee is TBD, usually ranges from $125-$150, includes the hand wash station. We take pride in hosting various events, from weddings and children’s parties to memorable birthday celebrations and exclusive music events. Feel free to bring alcohol and play your favorite music; we simply ask that you remain considerate of the atmosphere around you.
