What you will have access to: - High Speed Internet - Fully furnished just as shown in the photos -Extremely quiet area perfect for interviews, documentaries, meetings, and the like. - Beautiful assorted plants that you can (carefully please) move around and use on set. - Yes, all the furniture pieces you see in the photos are available, movable, and usable. (Please take photos to reference placement at the end of your booking) Parking: We also have plenty of free street parking in the area. Overtime: Please note that overtime is billed in 1hr increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions.
