Professional PA system with Bluetooth speakers on each end of the studio. AC and Heat system. Neon lighting with customized color flood lights on floor or standard overhead warehouse style lighting. Front office/lounge area with restroom and water machine. Great space for dance/choreography rehearsals or classes or Fitness workshops. Also great for music video shoots.
