Our home is pretty accessible to everyone, there's only one step to enter the home and all rooms, living room, and kitchen are on the same floor. There's a downstairs as well, but that's just an extra room with a half bathroom that's located downstairs. Kitchen is open concept and newly renovated, perfect for cooking photo/video shoots. Kitchen also has new modern touch screen refrigerator, beautiful island for any cooking filming. Our living room and bedrooms are also modern and recently renovated perfect for interviews or filming commercials or any other video/photoshoots. Our bathrooms are also new with floor to ceiling tile creating beautiful backgrounds for video, UGC content, or any other commercial type filming/photography.

We will make sure the space is cleaned by a professional in between bookings and the owners will provide face masks, shoe covers, disinfecting wipes, and disinfectant gel. If you prefer we don't have an air freshener or smells, please let us know before arriving.
