Welcome to our cozy house located in North Miami Beach The space is a private resident. Beautiful outdoor space perfect for: -Private dinners -Kids party -Baby shower -Gender reveals -Graduation parties The space has endless opportunities. Safe neighborhood centrally located to everything you'd want to do. You'll have access to our backyard, mainly grass, for any games, bouncy houses, or outdoor grilling. As well as a paved patio with warm edison lights for cocktail hours, and/or dinners. You'll have you're own private studio with full bathroom, queen size bed, full size mirror and TV to get ready before hand. There's also a small kitchenette for light prep work (not for cooking, all food must be catered or cooked outside). Food and Alcohol Policies We welcome you to bring your choice of outside food to satisfy the unique tastes of your guests. Beer and wine only. We want to ensure a controlled and responsible environment.
