Cozy utility/multi use space of approximately 1K sq ft used for various events such as business meetings, lectures, workshops, book signings, art showings, movie nights, open mics, board game nights, fitness training, yoga classes, massage therapy, counseling, filming, college trunk parties, baby showers and photography shoots. NO birthday parties allowed. NO teenage or adult parties of any kind. NO bachelor or bachelorette parties, but wedding showers are allowed. Safe environment in an upscale neighborhood. Offers additional breakout room of approximately 150 sq ft and office of approximately 200 sq ft if needed. Secure building with low traffic. *Please be advised that the space is located on the 2nd floor and this building has no elevators or handicap access. * Smoke free and contraband free environment.

We highly believe in cleanliness. Common areas are cleaned constantly prior to, during and after events or activities. Hand sanitizer is located around the facility as well as multiple trash cans. Bathrooms have wipes and sanitary product disposals. Floors are swept and mopped after each event. Windows and mirrors are cleaned to prevent contamination from finger and other bodily parts (hands, elbows, heads etc).
