Our studio is designed to accommodate a variety of activities, musical and otherwise, making it an ideal location for music instruction, practice sessions, and small ensemble rehearsals, as well as classes, shoots and events. Our studio has 7 total rooms. In size order: 1. Big Room (300 sq ft, fits 12-30) 2. Reception (96 st ft, fits 5-6) 3. Medium Room (60 sq ft, fits 2-3) 4. Small Room (39 sq ft, fits 2) 5. Small Room (37 sq ft, fits 2) 6. Small Room (33 sq ft, fits 2) 7. Vocal Booth (17 sq ft, fits 1) This booking is for the Big Room, and includes the free use of one of the small rooms. You can rent extra rooms if you need them (see Add-Ons), and you can also book a Receptionist to welcome your guests and help you take care of logistics. **Convenient Location:** Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, our studio is easily accessible to students and musicians from all over New York City, Long Island, NJ and Westchester. The large room can seat up to 18-22 players, depending on the instrument type. Lecture-style classes can seat 25-30 guests. Yoga classes can fit 12 students. **Industrial-Chic Building:** The studio is situated in a building with beautiful wood flooring in its hallways and very high ceilings contributing to the artistic ambiance and creative energy of the space. We are located in a commercial 24/7 doorman building.
