Downtown Versatile Studio By The Lake

Before the building was transformed into a functional studio in 1986 it was a vibrant dance club and pub. Located steps away from Lake Coeur d'Alene and Tubbs Hill in beautiful and charming downtown CdA the studio is conveniently situated near several restaurants and coffee shops. The spacious lobby is bathed with sunlight with it's expansive southern facing windows. Multiple sitting areas with modern furniture and a sectional sofa can be rearranged to suite your needs. A conference table comfortably seats 6 people in the open concept lobby. The lobby also features two 55" 4k TVs for multimedia use, a filtered water cooler and Keurig coffee maker. Venture down the hallway to find a beautifully lit make-up studio with vanity mirror, mini fridge, and bistro table. This can also be used as a private dressing room. Across the hall is another dressing room with oversized vanity mirror and rolling clothes rack to help bring in the wardrobe for your shoot. A 2nd rolling clothes rack is also available. This jack-and-jill style dressing room has direct access to the studio bays. A private screening room with comfortable seating for up to 6 people is also included with the space. Separate ADA accessible men's and women's bathrooms are also included. The large studio bay (with 2 story industrial ceilings) can easily be divided into 2 separate equal sized spaces with an opaque black drape. A small additional dressing room and small "sound booth" for clean audio recording are accessible from the studio bays. There are a variety of seating available for use in the studio bays ranging from rustic wooden chairs to upholstered couches and chairs as well as black adjustable posing stools.
