Our NYC style loft was custom-designed by a veteran Cinematographer and Production Designer to ensure maximum beauty and versatility for a wide range of filming, production, and podcasting needs. Frustrated with the hit-or-miss experience and limited offerings of Peerspaces and traditional CYC wall warehouses, we've made it our mission to create the best natural light studio available, with unrivaled design and creative services to match.  The space itself comes with a basic (3) Nanlite lighting package at no extra charge! We serve business leaders/entrepreneurs and content creators looking to film an array of content in a single day.  We have 10+ unique interview looks all within the same spacious loft, while still maintaining consistency of the overall space.  We’re the perfect home for your content needs ranging from brand films, podcasts, social reels, online courses, video interviews, instructional videos, etc.  We’re also an ideal environment for workshops, masterminds, and small company off-sites with a 75 inch Samsung Frame TV, a Vibe (Digital White) Board for meetings, and a Vestaboard to delight your guests with custom quotes/messages. The location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby, both walkable and in the neighborhood. A UPS print and mailing center is in the same shopping center, a short walk away. Our office is on-site, but not intrusive to the studio itself.
