Welcome to a unique Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Sony Music, Atlantic Records, Unilever, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, wireless microphones, Epson projector, XGIMI projector, laser/LED lights and more. Also available 60 folding chairs and 20 6'x3' folding tables, 5 round cocktail tables. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your event shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. Our best rate is $395/hr. Hours include deliveries, set-up, break-down, clean-up, removal. There are no additional charges. Rates for extended events are based on a daily rate of $3,950. for up to 10 hours daily. To ensure a success of your event, we follow NYC legal regulations: no smoking, no loud music or loitering. Outside catering is OK. All events must end by 11 PM. Comfortable capacity is 100 guests simultaneously . We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure that your guests are enjoying an unforgettable special event!
