Our property is conveniently located: - 20 minutes north of Burbank - 25 minutes from Glendale - 5 minutes from the 210 Freeway with connections to the 5, 14, 405, and 118 Freeways - 25 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood - 35 minutes north of Downtown LA ***Please note, this rental only covers outdoor space usage which includes 1 restroom without a shower. Should you need more restrooms you can choose your own vendor or we can provide recommendations.
