Our beautiful loft offers 900 sq ft of photography and film space, boasting white brick walls and large sunny windows facing south-southwest. Classic New York charm! The space is filled with designer furniture and accents against vintage hardwood floors and huge 16 ft ceilings. More than just a white box, this looks and feels like a domestic space with lots of charm and character. Comfortably fits crews of up to 15 people. We have hosted wonderful shoots for fashion labels, footwear brands, skincare companies, etc. It’s a great space for a headshot/portrait session, recording a talkshow or podcast. We're happy to provide productino assistance as well as photographer or set designer recommendations if desired. We also host dinners and events for up to 35 people if that’s what you seek. The open layout allows for creative flow between different zones, whether you're setting up equipment for a photo or film shoot, arranging props for a product display, or simply enjoying the space for client meetings and events. We can easily provide a white box studio feel on one side of the room and a cozy residential living room feel on the other! The studio has seamless paper backdrops as well as unique textile backdrops available for your convenience, as well as basic studio photo equipment. We love to talk to you ahead of time to help layout the space for your needs. Vanity tables, changing room, sofas, lounge chairs, floor pillows, dinings chairs, large tables, small tables, stools, and a huge inventory of professionally framed artwork for the walls. We also have a full kitchen available for use. Shoot in it or just make lunch for the team!
