You’ll receive a unique access code and detailed entry instructions before your session—no need to coordinate with staff. Cyc Wall The studio features a 12 ft wide × 14 ft deep cyc wall, providing a seamless backdrop for professional photo shoots, video productions, showroom setups, or private events. Loading, Freight Elevator & Parking Located on the 2nd floor, with a freight elevator available for loading. A loading area is on-site, and temporary parking is allowed during loading—just display your contact info in the windshield and move your vehicle after unloading. Free street parking available. Natural Light & Raised Platform Large east-facing industrial windows flood the studio with natural light throughout the day. With 12-foot ceilings and a clean, open layout, the space is ideal for creative flexibility. A raised platform area doubles as a workspace or lounge, furnished with a dining table and chairs—perfect for client meetings, creative breaks, or behind-the-scenes setups. Makeup, Dressing & Restroom The studio is equipped with a clothing rack, hangers, steamer, and mirrors for easy preparation. A shared all-gender bathroom is also conveniently located right next to the studio.
