All setup, styling, and vendor access must take place within the booked time. If you’d like vendors to arrive earlier, additional setup time must be added to your reservation in advance. This ensures the space is fully available, prepared, and uninterrupted for your event. Early access outside the booking window is not included unless formally added. ⸻ Is there an option for early setup access? Yes — early setup time may be added based on availability. Early access is treated the same as event time and is billed accordingly. Please let us know in advance if your caterer or decorator will need additional time so we can ensure adequate booking time. ⸻ Can vendors stay after the event to break down? Breakdown and cleanup by vendors must also be completed within the booked time. Additional time may be added if needed. ⸻ Do you provide catering or staff? No. We provide the space, setup, and hosting infrastructure only. All food preparation, service, staffing, and cleanup of catering equipment must be handled by your licensed caterer or vendor. ⸻ Are outside caterers allowed? Yes. Outside caterers are welcome for seated dinners and enhanced dinner experiences. All caterers must be professional and respectful of the space. ⸻ Is alcohol allowed? Alcohol is permitted for private events. Hosts are responsible for ensuring no alcohol is served to anyone under 21. We do not provide bartending or alcohol service. While we do not provide bartending services directly, we are happy to share trusted bartending referrals upon request. These professionals are familiar with private, intimate events and can help ensure smooth and responsible service. All alcohol service must comply with local laws and regulations. ⸻ What areas of the home are included? Access is limited to approved areas only, including dining and designated gathering spaces. Private rooms, storage areas, and non-event spaces are not included. ⸻ Are children allowed? The space is generally intended for guests 21 and over. Very limited exceptions may be considered for seated, supervised events and must be approved in advance and documented on the reservation. ⸻ Do you allow DJs or amplified music? No. To preserve the intimate and elevated atmosphere of the space, DJs, live bands, and amplified sound systems are not permitted. The space is equipped with an in-ceiling music system, which is available for use during events. Hosts have full control of the playlist and volume, allowing for background music that complements seated dinners and cocktail-style gatherings. Music must remain at a conversational level at all times. ⸻ Is setup included in the Seated Dinner Experience? Yes. The Seated Dinner Experience includes table setup, décor styling, and ambiance preparation. Vendor setup time (catering, florals, rentals) must still be included within the booking window unless additional time is added. ______ How many guests can I have? Our home is a private residence, and for everyone’s safety and comfort, events are limited to 30 guests and children are not permitted. We kindly ask that all events remain within the approved guest count, as we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond what is agreed upon in advance.
