Welcome to our versatile and inviting community clubhouse, located in the heart of the vibrant North Hollywood Arts District. Whether you're planning a birthday, movie night, watch party, or film production, our space provides the ideal backdrop for your event. ABOUT THE SPACE The clubhouse features a spacious lounge area with comfortable couches and accent chairs, perfect for relaxing, co-working, or socializing. The space also includes a kitchenette for hosting convenience, along with two private restrooms located inside the theater. The kitchenette includes ample counter space, a large sink, and a microwave. PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen does not include a refrigerator or oven. Please plan to bring a cooler or ice bucket. The theater has built-in speakers, but the lounge does not. If you plan to play music in the lounge, please bring a portable speaker. THEATER Our state-of-the-art screening room features 12 plush reclining chairs and is ideal for both casual and professional use. Theater seating & capacity details: 12 reclining seats included Additional chairs may be added for a total of 20 seated guests. Guests may bring folding chairs or borrow chairs from lounge. Lounge chairs must be returned by the end of booking. Theater maximum occupancy is 20 seated For informal screenings, standing room only is permitted after 20 guests If using standing or floor seating, the theater can accommodate up to 30 guests Past guests have brought blankets, pillows, or bean bags for additional comfort. The theater is great for: 🎬 Intimate film screenings, TV premieres, and content or production shoots requiring a theater setting 🍿 Movie nights or date nights powered by Roku (sign into your own streaming services) 🏀🥊 Live sporting events 🎤 Table reads and rehearsals 📚 Small classes, workshops, or lectures 👥 Podcast or interview recordings in a unique environment 🎬 FILM SCREENINGS & AV REQUIREMENTS Our system syncs best with laptops using a direct HDMI connection. Adapters may work occasionally but are not guaranteed. Please schedule an AV test well ahead of your booking, ideally before confirming, to ensure compatibility. Prior to your AV test, please upload your film to YouTube as a backup. An unlisted link is acceptable. IMPORTANT: Please notify the host immediately if your booking requires: Syncing a device Screening a film not available via streaming platforms Use of lounge TVs Not all devices are compatible, and we must be notified in advance to ensure a smooth booking experience. LOUNGE SEATING The lounge area includes a mix of couches and accent chairs and can seat approximately 40 guests comfortably. PARKING & TRANSIT Street and metered parking is available but very limited due to the residential and commercial nature of the area. Rideshare is highly recommended. The host will share a parking map the day before your booking with nearby street and metered options. Public Transit: The space is easily accessible via bus and metro stops just a short walk away. If you only require use of the screening room and not the full lounge, please let us know for a lower rate. This option is available for parties of 10 guests or fewer.
