Cozy Brooklyn Loft! Welcome to our newly renovated 3,500-square-foot loft, designed with flexibility and functionality to suit a wide range of creative projects. Located in Brooklyn, this bright and tranquil space offers everything you need for photoshoots, video productions, interviews, movie sets, small gatherings (daytime only), intimate dinners, podcasts, or even cooking streams and shows. Featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, the studio is flooded with immaculate natural light, creating the perfect backdrop for your next production. The open floor plan offers endless versatility to accommodate your unique vision. Our studio is fully equipped to support your creative needs: • Props: Backdrops (Black, White and Green) and lighting are available (Upon request). Feel free to bring your own equipment to personalize your shoot. • Kitchen: Ideal for recording cooking shows or preparing food and beverages for your team. • Lounge Area: Relax in the comfortable seating area between takes. • Speaker furnished upon request - (Loudspeaker with stand requires additional rental fee of $39). • Space can be repurposed into a yoga studio. Accessibility: Our studio is conveniently located in Brooklyn, with easy access via public transportation. There is a driveway suitable for one vehicle and plenty of street parking, making parking stress-free. The area offers a variety of food and coffee options just steps away for quick refreshment breaks.
