General Cleaning • Surface Cleaning: • All outdoor furniture, including tables, chairs, and loungers, are wiped down and sanitized. • Surfaces are inspected for stains, debris, or damage. • Ground Maintenance: • The patio, walkways, and deck are swept or pressure-washed as needed. • Any fallen leaves, branches, or debris are removed. • The lawn is checked and mowed (if applicable). 2. Hot Tub Care (if applicable) • Water Testing: • The hot tub is tested for proper chemical balance (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) to ensure safety and comfort. • Sanitization: • The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay. • Filters are inspected and cleaned regularly. • Fresh Water: • Water is changed on a routine basis or as needed for cleanliness. 3.
